sscip2018 call for papers

Submission of proposals

● Abstracts accepted until June 30th, 2018

● Please send title and abstract of 150-200 words to

Katharina.Rebay-Salisbury@oeaw.ac.at

● Once the proposals have been evaluated, acceptance letters will be sent electronically.
● Individual and co-authored works may be submitted.

Presentations

● Presentations will last 20 minutes.

● In addition, each speaker will have five minutes to answer questions.

● The organizing committee will provide a laptop and projector for projection of presentations in PowerPoint format for Windows.

● Natural History Museum, Vienna, Austria

● Burgring 7, 1010 Vienna

Organisation

● Registration fee: 50 € (to be paid by bank transfer or in cash at the venue)

● Please register per e-mail until 31. August 2018

The registration fee includes

● Opening evening drinks, Thursday, 20. September 2018

● Conference session, Friday, 21. September 2018

● Lunch on Friday, 21. September 2018

● Conference session, Saturday, 22. September 2018

● Coffee and cookies during the breaks

● ‘Behind the scenes’ tour of the Natural History Museum
